There is a chip where the girl is supposed to be put on the building. She is in place with tacky wax. It holds fine, but the part where you would insert it is the part that is broken.
All the flags are in great condition. They set into the tops and stay upright.
The figure of Santa has yellowing of the "ICE" as other items this age from Dept 56 do.
The packaging has storage wear, it did not affect the items inside. Outside sleeve is taped in several areas.
