ILG was founded in 1919 and was known for being a company that cared for its workers. They were one of the first in the US to offer profit sharing and its founder built a park for employees that included a replica of the leaning tower of Pisa. ILG is still in business today and the tower still stands in the city of Niles, Illinois.
